We need a way to make our tax dollars go further. Agencies that rely on concrete pavements can save money, provide safer streets , reduce energy consumption for lighting, increase fuel efficiency for trucks and cars and dramatically reduce their maintenance budgets. Concrete streets and roads are less sensitive to the volatility of oil prices and last more than twice as long as asphalt pavements.
